Feb. 18, 2014

The Vanderbilt women's basketball program will host three camps this summer -- a Team Challenge camp, Elite camp and Individual Skills camp -- to help young players improve their skills.

** The Team Challenge Camp, which will be held June 9-11, guarantees each team at least six games in historic Memorial Gym and practice facility.
All high school, junior varsity, and AAU teams are welcome to compete. Vanderbilt's Team Challenge Camp will help to prepare your team for the upcoming season. Teams are divided based on coach's choice of competition. All campers will receive a T-shirt. Concessions will be open during games to purchase snacks/meals.
Three Days: $200 Team Fee/ $75 per player;
Two Days: $150 Team Fee/ $50 per player;
One Day: $100 Team Fee / $25 per player.

** The Elite camp, set for June 14-15 and open to players in grade 9-12, will teach and fine-tune advanced fundamental skills of all players. The tempo of this camp will be fast-paced and extremely competitive.
Cost: $150 Overnight (includes dorm cost plus 3 meals) or $125 Commuter (non-residential plus 2 meals).

** The Individual skills camp, set for July 14-17, will emphasize individual moves and shooting, as well as lectures, stations and game situations that will improve each player's all-around game.
Cost: $300
