TICKETING POLICIES

Change of Address Policy - If address needs to be changed, please either call the Ticket Office at 322-GOLD or mail in your new address at: Vanderbilt Ticket Office, 2601 Jess Neely Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37212. The Ticket Office asks that customers keep an updated address and phone numbers so we can always keep our customer service to the highest level.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged/Destroyed Tickets - Any tickets lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed will not be replaced. Ticketholders are responsible for safety and upkeep of their own tickets.

Will Call -Will Call is for tickets purchased through the Vanderbilt ticket office. Parties picking up tickets for will call, must have valid photo Identification and must match the name of the person on the will call envelope. Will Call on non-gamedays is located in the main ticket office at McGugin Center. The ticket office cannot accept will call left for a third party.

Gameday Will Call will open at the following times:
Football: 2 hours prior to Kick-off
Men's Basketball: 1 hour prior to Gametime
Women's Basketball: 1 hour prior to Gametime
Baseball: 1.5 hours prior to first pitch.

Gameday Will Call will close at the following times:
Football: Beginning of Halftime
Men's Basketball: Beginning of Halftime
Women's Basketball: Beginning of Halftime
Baseball: Top of the Fifth Inning for each game.

Admission Policy - Each person, regardless of age, must have a ticket and is restricted to the location of that ticket. If student, then must have valid ID.

Re-entry Policy - Per Southeastern Conference rules, no re-entry is permitted at any gate. If you leave the stadium, you must have a new ticket to be readmitted.

Prohibited Items - All food and drink containers, bottles, horns, cans, thermos bottles, ice bags, ice chests, backpacks, large bags, video cameras, strollers, infant seats, hard surfaced materials, pocket knives, or any object deemed hazardous by the game management personnel. Gate personnel are instructed to enforce this rule in the interest of safety. Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the stadium.

Order Fees - Thank your for supporting Vanderbilt Commodore athletics. Orders placed online or by phone will carry a nominal convenience fee that is non-refundable.

For phone orders, there will be a $3 phone order charge per ticket.

For phone orders over $100.00, there will be a $7 phone order charge.

On the internet there are different fees for different sports.

We will be happy to serve you in the McGugin Center Box Office from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm Monday through Friday on non-holidays. No convenience fees apply for tickets at the McGugin Center box office.
