VANDERBILT STUDENT TICKET POLICY

FOOTBALL STUDENT TICKETS
New for the Fall of 2017 Commodore Football season, student ticketing will be digital. An account will be made for each Vanderbilt undergraduate and graduate student with the Athletic Ticket Office. At the beginning of the semester, all students will receive an email with instructions for activating their personal account.

For any questions regarding student ticketing, please contact Meagan McErlean in the Vanderbilt Ticket Office by email or 615-322-3749.

Undergraduate Student Ticketing Process
1. All registered students will receive an email from the Vanderbilt Ticket Office to access their personal ticket account. Please activate your account within 48 hours for best results.
2. Every Monday before a home football game, an email will be sent out at 5pm to notify registered students the ticket portal is open.
3. To claim a student ticket, students will access the ticket portal via a computer (mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets will not work).
4. Tickets are on a first come, first serve basis. Once all student tickets have been claimed, an email will be sent out.
5. Students who have successfully claimed a ticket will automatically receive an email with a QR code. This will need to be downloaded into the student's mobile device in advance so that lack of wireless connection does not inhibit access to the live barcode at Vanderbilt Stadium. Bring your mobile device with the barcode and a valid Vanderbilt Student ID. Gates open 2.5 hours prior to kick-off.
6. If you have not entered the stadium within 15 minutes after kick-off, your ticket will be returned for other students to claim at Memorial Gym Box Office.

Home Football Game Tickets for Students
The Monday before each Vanderbilt home football game, all students who have active accounts will be sent an email at 5:00 pm notifying them that the ticket portal is open for that week's game. Students will need to access the link from a computer (mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets will not work) and download a live code to their mobile device. This is a live barcode that will be delivered via email for the upcoming game and should be saved on the mobile device to the appropriate "Wallet" application so that lack of wireless access does not inhibit access to the live barcode at Gate 4 of Vanderbilt Stadium. Vanderbilt Student ID must also be present to be admitted.

Graduate Students
Graduate students must purchase a graduate validation from the Vanderbilt Athletic Ticket Office. The cost for the entire football regular home season is $25. A graduate validation for men's basketball is also available for $25. Once validated, graduate students will receive an email on Monday's prior to home football games at 5:00 pm. Students will need to access the link from a computer (mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets will not work) and download a live code to their mobile device. This is a live barcode that will be delivered via email for the upcoming game and should be saved on the mobile device to the appropriate "Wallet" app so that lack of wireless access does not inhibit access to the live barcode at Gate 4 of Vanderbilt Stadium. Vanderbilt Student ID must also be present to be admitted.

Graduate Student Spouse and Dependents
Graduate students who wish to purchase validation for their dependents MUST have a valid spouse or dependent card from the Vanderbilt Card Office (Room 184 Sarratt Student Center). The same $25 season validation is available for dependents of graduate students. Spouses or dependents will also receive an email on the Monday prior to Vanderbilt home football games at 5:00 pm and will need to access the link from a computer (mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets will not work) and download a live code to their mobile device. This is a live barcode for the upcoming game and should be saved on the mobile device to the appropriate "Wallet" app so that lack of wireless access does not inhibit access to the live barcode at Gate 4 of Vanderbilt Stadium. Vanderbilt Student ID must also be present to be admitted.

Don't Wait to Download Your Digital Ticket
There are not enough tickets available to accommodate all Vanderbilt undergraduate and graduate students. Due to limited availability, students are encouraged to claim digital tickets at their earliest convenience each Monday prior to a home football game. All digital tickets must be downloaded to a mobile device using a Wallet type of app.

Please Don't be Late
In the event that all student tickets are claimed for any home game, students will need to have their digital barcode scanned at Gate 4 of Vanderbilt Stadium before 15 minutes (not game clock) have passed after kick-off. Any digital barcodes not scanned after 15 minutes past kick-off will be revoked and put back into the student pool. Any students who wish to claim tickets should check at Memorial Gymnasium's box office located on the plaza behind centerfield of Hawkins Field. There is no guarantee that any tickets will be redistributed.

Re-Entry is NOT Permitted to Vanderbilt Stadium
The digital barcode scanned by Vanderbilt students is a one-time use barcode. Students who wish to leave will not be permitted back into the stadium once they have passed out of any gate.

Have Your Valid Vanderbilt Student Identification Card
No student will be permitted into any game without their Vanderbilt Student ID. Lost or stolen cards can only be replaced at the Vanderbilt Card Office located in Room 184 of the Sarratt Student Center.

Road Football Tickets
A Vanderbilt Student must have a valid student ID and is permitted to purchase one ticket for personal use to any Vanderbilt Football road game based on availability. Tickets should be purchased in advance as visiting team allotments are sent back to opposing schools at least 30 days in advance.

Students Who Want to Purchase Additional Tickets for Football Home Games
Most home games will have tickets available for purchase at a discounted rate for students. The Alabama home game is an exception due to expected demand - so no additional student guest tickets will be available. For all other games, students may purchase one additional ticket for a guest at the Vanderbilt Ticket Office in McGugin Center based on availability. Student guest tickets will not be available for purchase on the day of the game, so please plan ahead and order in advance. Please have your Vanderbilt ID with you.

Student Ticketing for Those Who Do Not Have Access to a Smartphone Device
If you do not have a smartphone or mobile device that can access at barcode, please contact the ticket office in advance at 615-322-3749. We will make arrangements for you to access individual game tickets.

Handicap Accessible Student Ticketing Requests
Due to the age of our football facility, accessible seating is reserved in certain areas and can be limited based on the needs of opposing teams. Please call Meagan McErlean at 615-322-3749 to get assistance.
