Group Tickets FAQs


Q: How do I make a reservation for a group event?
A: Call the Vanderbilt Group Outings Department at (615) 343-STAR (7827).

Q: When do I get my tickets?
A: Once payment is made in full, Vanderbilt will mail the tickets to you. Group ticket orders placed within a week of the game will be left at will call for pick-up. Will Call tickets are available 3 hours prior to a football game, 90 minutes prior to a basketball game, and 2 hours prior to a baseball game.

Q: How do I need to pay for my tickets?
A: You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, corporate check, or cash. Tickets are not for resale.

Q: Does my child need a ticket?
A: Each person, regardless of age, must have a ticket and is restricted to the location of that ticket.

Q: Can I bring in outside food or drink?
A: All food and drink containers, bottles, horns, cans, thermos bottles, ice bags, ice chests, backpacks, large bags, video cameras, strollers, infant seats, hard surfaced materials, pocket knives, or any object deemed hazardous by the game management personnel is prohibited. Gate personnel are instructed to enforce this rule in the interest of safety. Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the stadium.

Q: Can I resell my group tickets?
A: No. Ticket brokers are not eligible for group ticket discounts. Any resale of tickets above purchase price is considered brokerage, and accounts found to be selling tickets above purchase price are subject to immediate voiding of tickets and payment will be refunded. Vanderbilt Athletics reserves the right to refuse group tickets to any person at any time at the discretion of the ticket office except as applicable by law.
