The Houston File
Rowan Houston prepped at Rye Country Day School for two years (Fr. So.) and at Notre Dame High School for two years (Jr., Sr.). At Rye Country Day, she was named All-Fairchester Athletic Association in the high jump and 300-meter hurdles in 2021. Houston holds the high jump records at both schools. At Notre Dame, she was a two-time Connecticut state champion, South West Conference champion and South West Conference record holder in the high jump. Houston earned all-state recognition in 2022 and 2023 and was an all-conference selection in 2023. She also played basketball at Notre Dame and was a member of the 2022 state championship-winning team.
