• Tied for sixth in the high jump (1.62m) and recorded an all-conditions PR in the 100mH (13.99, 4.0 m/s) at the Music City Challenge
• Seventh in heptathlon (4,996) Section C at the Bryan Clay Invitational, personal bests in the 200 (25.57) and 800 meters (2:16.78)
• Seventh in the high jump (1.60m) and eighth in the long jump (5.47m) at the Joe Walker Invitational
The Sivina File
Marta Sivina won the pentathlon title at the Conference USA Indoor Championships in her freshman season competing for North Texas. She also finished seventh and recorded a personal-best score of 3,942 points in the pentathlon at the Texas Tech Open. She prepped at Ogre Secondary School. At the 2022 Latvian CE Championships, she placed second in the long jump and third in the 100-meter hurdles.
