Today marks the debut of a three-part series documenting the Vanderbilt Cross Country team's preseason retreat to Natchez Trace State Park.

Part 1 focuses on a variety of team-building games that took place off the course. Items used in the activities included Oreos, balloons, blindfolds and pasta.
