Claimed second overall behind teammate Erika Schneble at Commodore Classic, with 18:30 in 5K...Topped team with 5K PR of 17:56 at Louisville... Paced teammates at SEC Championships with 34th overall finish, running 6K in 21:38 personal best... Ended season with 92nd overall finish at NCAA Regionals.

    2006: Showed steady improvement at 1,500 meters, lowering season best in four consecutive efforts culminating with a 4:45.90 performance at Vanderbilt Invitational... Frequently ran third among Commdoores at distance behind seniors Caitlin Shannon and Alisa Cotter... Competed in 1,500 at SEC Championships, but did not advance to finals... Also ran legs on 4x800, 4x1500 and distance medley relay foursomes... Struggled with injuries indoors... Competed just once, running the mile at Kentucky Invitational. In Cross Country: Appeared headed for outstanding season before injuries sidetracked campaign... In lone effort of campaign, was team's third best runner in opener, finishing eighth overall at Belmont Invitational... Set 4K PR (14:41) with performance.

    2005: Limited outdoors after excellent indoor season... Her best collegiate performance may have come indoors with mile PR of 4:58.38 at SEC Championships... The effort resulted in an eighth place result and team points for the Commodores... Best effort outdoors came early at Vanderbilt Spring Classic, with 4:45.65 performance in 1500... Also ran indoor 800 PR (2:21.65) at Southern Illinois. In Cross Country: Season was cut short by injury caused in fall at Notre Dame Invitational... Prior to injury, was one of team's top runners, finishing among leaders in first three competitions... Opened year by finishing 12th overall at Belmont Invitational 15:03 (4K) clocking... Improved at Commodore Classic, finishing fourth overall with a 5K PR of 19:09... Ran best race at Stanford, finishing 26th overall... Her 14:51 time at Palo Alto sliced 12 seconds off previous 4K PR.

    2004: Set collegiate PR at 1,500 meters with a 4:44.71 effort at Vanderbilt... Concentrated at 1500-mile distance... Also ran sub 4:48 for 1500 at Alabama and Ole Miss... Best effort at indoor mile was 5:21.21 at Kentucky. In Cross Country: Ran twice in limited schedule.

    2003: Missed track season recovering from broken foot suffered in cross country mishap at Notre Dame... In Cross Country: Prior to season-ending injury, was key contributor during promising start... Suffered injury prior to SEC meet.

    In High School: Two-time cross country captain... Named All-State and All-Region as senior following 12th place finish in state cross country meet... Helped team to state title... National Honor Society member.

    Academics: Sizer completed her undergraduate degree last May in education, and is currently enrolled as a first-year graduate student in the Peabody College.
