2009: Ran a season-best outdoors 2:22.4 in the 800 at the War Eagle Invitational.

2008: Focused on middle distances... Ran 800 outdoors at both Auburn and Vanderbilt Invitational... Ran top 800 of season indoors, 2:22.35, at Indiana.

2007: Competed on limited basis at middle distances... Recorded 800-meter best of 2:25.08 at Vanderbilt Invitational... Ran indoor 5:43.91 mile at Tiger Invitational.

In High School: Earned four letters in track, and two varsity letters in cross country... North Allegheny squad was three-time conference championships... Ran 400 and 800... Named North Allegheny's top scholar athlete as senior... Member of National Honor Society.
