2013 Music City Challenge

Vanderbilt hosted the first-ever event inside the new multipurpose facility with the Music City Challenge.

High School: Ran at Hononegah High School where she was the two-time class 3A Illinois state champion in the 800M... Broke a 29-year-old Illinois state record in 2013 in the 800 meters... Ranked sixth nationally in the 800M during the 2013 outdoor season... Finished fifth in the 400M at the Illinois State Meet in 2013... Named the Northern Illinois Conference All Sports Female Athlete of the Year in 2012 and 2013... Finished second at the state meet in the 800M in 2011... Holds the Hononegah school record in the 800M, 1600M, 3200M, 4x400M relay, 4x800M relay and three-mile XC... Served as the track & field team captain in 2012 and 2013 and cross country captain in 2012.

Personal: Daughter of Tammy and Michael Clayton, has one sister - Savana... Is undecided on a major at Vanderbilt.
