The ITA released its pre-spring poll of the top 125 nationally-ranked NCAA Division I womens tennis players today, with three Commodores named to the list.

Senior Jackie Wu, who won the USTA/ITA Ohio Valley Regional Championship this past fall, led the Dores on the list as No. 23 in singles. Her fall doubles partner, Lauren Mira, made the singles list at No. 69, and the pair was named No. 14 in the doubles rankings.

It represents a major jump from the pre-season polls for the two, with Wu being ranked No. 100 and Mira No. 110 in the September edition.

Newcomer Marie Casares was ranked No. 110 in singles, and made the doubles rankings with partner Ashleigh Antal, a fellow freshman, at No. 49. Antal and senior Chelsea Preeg were named No. 30 overall in doubles.

Vanderbilt opens their season on January 13th at home against Lipscomb.
