NASHVILLE, Tenn. - After more than a decade of dormancy, the Vanderbilt swim team will begin its 2006-07 season at the Western Kentucky Invitational on November 17, Vanderbilt Head Swim Coach Jeremy Organ announced Wednesday morning.
The squad will also compete in two additional meets before the SEC Championships in February.
"We have a great schedule this season," Vanderbilt Head Coach Jeremy Organ said. "The swimmers are going to have an opportunity to compete against some of the top programs in our area. The highlight of the season will be the Southeastern Conference meet, which is arguably one of the fastest meets in the country."
