Soccer start pushed back to 8 p.m.

Oct. 31, 2013

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Vanderbilt soccer season final against Tennessee, originally scheduled for 6 p.m., has been moved back two hours to 8 p.m., due to the threat of severe storms early in the evening.

Both Vandy head coach Derek Greene and UT head coach Brian Pensky, along with the SEC and the National Weather service have made the decision to push the match back, as to avoid the worst part of the storm.

The match will now begin at 8 p.m., with the Senior Night festivities beginning at 7:40.
