An inside look at traveling with the Commodores

Junior Casey Bakker gave us a behind-the-scenes look at the lacrosse team's recent trip to Gainesville, Florida. The Commodores flew from Nashville International Airport to Jacksonville on Southwest Airlines, then bussed to Gainesville for practice at the Donald R. Dizney Lacrosse Stadium.

Taking this week off from games for final exams, the Commodores will be returning to Gainesville next week for the 2012 American Lacrosse Conference Tournament. The event begins on Thursday, May 3. Vanderbilt's seed in the tournament will depend upon the result of Saturday's game between Ohio State and Johns Hopkins (more on that tomorrow).
