Vanderbilt's Kristen Svicarovich has repeated on the All-Region team as named by the National Golf Coaches Association. The award was announced at the conclusion of last weekend's NCAA Golf Championship in Sunriver, Ore.
The sophomore from Hillsboro, Ore. placed in a tie for 16th place at the national championship after shooting 12-over par over 72 holes. She had qualified for the NCAA finals as an individual after placing ninth at the East Regional. A year ago she was also named to the All-Region team.
Earlier this spring Svicarovich was named to the Southeastern Conference's Good Works team for her community service.
