WG to play in PING ASU Invitational

The 12th-ranked Vanderbilt women's golf team travels to Tempe, Ariz., to participate in the 2014 PING/ASU Invitational at the ASU Karsten Golf Course this Friday through Sunday.  The field will feature 10 other top 25 teams, with play scheduled to begin at the par-72, 6,223 yard layout at 8 a.m. Pacific time on Friday.

The Commodores will be joined by #6 Arizona State, #9 Arizona, California, #3 Duke, #5 Oklahoma, #21 Oregon, Oregon State, #8 South Carolina, #10 Stanford, Texas, UC Davis, #2 UCLA, #11 Washington, and Washington State,

Vanderbilt will send juniors Irina Gabasa and Kendall Martindale, sophomore Jennifer Hahn, and freshmen Simin Feng and Antonia Scherer.  Sophomore Morgan Ransom will compete as an individual.
