Foggie, Lister named WBCA All-American Honorable Mention

For the past four years, Vanderbilt's Christina Foggie and Jasmine Lister complemented each other in ideal fashion while establishing themselves as one of the most dynamic backcourt tandems in the program's history.

Fittingly, the two seniors are now linked together in yet another way: They each were named WBCA All-American Honorable Mentions on Saturday.

Close friends off the court, Foggie and Lister closed out their storied careers this season in strong style, helping guide the Commodores to 18 wins and their 15th consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

Foggie led the SEC in scoring, averaging 19.0 points per game, and Lister averaged 13.7 points and dished out a team-high 144 assists.

The two players combined to score more than 3,300 points in the past four seasons.

MORE ON FOGGIE:
* Won the SEC scoring title two times in her career (doing so her sophomore and senior seasons).
* Is the school's all-time leader in 3-pointers (276).
* Ranks seventh on the school's all-time scoring list (1,743).
* Scored in double figures in all but two games this season, including every SEC game.
* Was a First Team All-SEC selection.

MORE ON LISTER:
* Shattered the school record for minutes played (4,626).
* Made 129 consecutive starts -- every game of her career.
* Ranks third on the school's all-time lists for assists (591).
* Ranks 10th on the school's all-time scoring list (1,618).
* Led the team in assists this season (144).
* Was named espnW's national player of the week on Jan. 12. That same week, she was named the SEC's Player of the Week and the USBWA Player of the Week.
