Game Notes
-Following today's loss, the Commodores still lead the series versus Alabama 29-12. With the outcome, the `Dores had their series win streak snapped after 11 games.

-The Commodores have now lost four of their last five games.

-For the sixth consecutive game, Kady Schrann, Christina Foggie, Jasmine Lister, Marqu'es Webb, and Morgan Batey received the start for the Commodores. Christina Foggie and Jasmine Lister have started all 27 of Vanderbilt's games this season.

-Daisha Simmons, Shafontaye Myers, Nikki, Hegstetter, Ashley Williams, and Sharin Rivers received the start for the Crimson Tide.

Team Notes
-At the half, the Commodores trailed by six, scoring only 23 points. This is the `Dores fourth straight game scoring 25 points or fewer during the first period.

- The Commodores inched within one point with just over three minutes remaining in regulation, but they could not get the lead to change in their favor. Alabama held the lead for the entire second half.

-Alabama finished the game with 13 turnovers, while the Commodores finished with 11.

-Vanderbilt shot a season low 57.1% from the free-throw line.

Individual Notes
-A three point play with 14:24 remaining in the second period pushed Christina Foggie to 7th all-time in career scoring for the Commodores.

-Foggie's 22-point effort counts as her 12th time this season scoring 20 points or more.

-Vanderbilt's Kylee Smith recorded a career high eight rebounds and three rebounds. Her nine points made her the second most productive Commodore scorer on the game.
