Game Notes
-Vanderbilt led at the half, 30-23.

-After Vanderbilt held the lead the entire first half, there were a total of four ties and six lead changes in the second.

-Karla Gilbert's three-point play tied the game with 10.2 seconds left in regulation.

-Morgan Batey's two free throws in the final 2.2 seconds, followed by a very close A&M half-court shot, sealed the game at 71-69

Team Notes
-Texas A&M started the game off 0-for-11 from the field, going to the 13:12 mark with only one free throw.

-A&M secured nine offensive rebounds in the first half, tripling Vanderbilt's total.

-Vanderbilt shot a season high 94.1% from the free-throw line.

-With the win, Vanderbilt stops its losing slide at two games.

Individual Notes
-Vanderbilt's Morgan Batey logged a career-high 17 points as well as career highs in FG Attempts(7), FT Made(7), and FT Attempted (7). She also tied her career record in FG Made (5).

-A&M's Karla Gilbert generated a career high 26 points and logged a season high 38 minutes in regulation (40 min vs. USC was partly in OT).

-Jasmine Lister's 11 points put her just three behind 12th place in Vanderbilt career scoring.
