    Starting Lineup

    • Vanderbilt started freshman Jasmine Lister, sophomore Gabby Smith, junior Jordan Coleman and seniors Hannah Tuomi and Jence Rhoads.
    • This marks the first time Vanderbilt has used this starting lineup.
    • This is the eighth different starting lineup the Commodores have used this season.
    Hannah Tuomi made her 109th appearance and team-leading 98th career starts while Jence Rhoads made her team-leading 114th appearance and 94th start.
    • Coleman made her ninth-career start and 40th appearance.
    • It was Coleman's second-consecutive start.
    • Smith made her 13th-career start and eighth of the year.
    • Lister and Tuomi are the only two players to start all 15 games this season.

    • Vanderbilt is 30-14 all-time against Mississippi State.

    Gabby Smith made a three-point basket with 17:30 remaining to record Vanderbilt's first points of the game.
    Stephanie Holzer made two free throws with 15:14 remaining to record her first points against an SEC opponent and help give Vanderbilt a 10-4 lead.
    • Trailing 3-4 with 17:15 remaining, Vanderbilt took off on a 16-0 run that spanned five minutes.
    Stephanie Holzer put in a layup off a Jordan Coleman offensive rebound to give the Commodores a 21-9 lead.
    Jence Rhoads made a jumper outside the paint to give Vanderbilt a 26-9 lead with 4:26 remaining.
    Stephanie Holzer leads the `Dores with 10 points and rebounds with seven.
    Hannah Tuomi had a team-leading three assists.

    Angela Puleo sank a three-point bucket with 14:40 remaining to take a 40-23 lead.
    • With 10:23 left in the game, Stephanie Holzer made a layup to record her fifth field goal of the night and give Vanderbilt a 46-24 lead.
    Jence Rhoads made two free throws with 1:48 remaining to give the Commodores a 61-36 lead.

    Player notes:Stephanie Holzer recorded her sixth double-digit point game this season and third double-double with points and rebounds.
    • This marked the third time Holzer has led the team in points and the second time she has led the team in points and rebounds.
    Angela Puleo had a career-high eight rebounds, topping her previous best of six set against Florida State on December 29, 2007 while playing at Georgia.
    Hannah Tuomi set a season-high in assists with four.
    Jence Rhoads scored in double-digits for the third-consecutive game and ninth this season.
