Link: Commodores on Board
The National Commodore Club (NCC) is launching a new program called "Commodores On Board", designed to aggressively increase NCC membership. The Commodores On Board campaign encourages all current National Commodore Club members to help recruit new members.
Membership in the NCC is a great opportunity for Commodore fans to play an integral role in the success of Vanderbilt student-athletes. In order to reach new heights in academic achievement and athletic competition, Vanderbilt student-athletes need every Commodore to get others "on board" by recruiting new members to join the NCC.
The Commodores On Board campaign will run until the NCC membership deadline of May 31, 2011, and is available to all current members. The NCC is asking the Vanderbilt faithful to help identify, recruit, and signup prospective National Commodore Club members including friends, family, neighbors, and any other Commodore fans you may know.
Rewards such as NCC Nike hats, NCC Nike polos, and autographed merchandise will be awarded to members that reach designated levels. Every gift matters and as little as one Jr. NCC member at $50 or one active adult member at $100 earns a prize!
Two grand prizes--trips for two to an away game (travel, board and tickets)--will also be awarded. One goes to the NCC member who recruits the most new members, and the other to the NCC member who raises the most new money. Additionally, for the amount of money each member brings in, their account will be credited with dollar-for-dollar priority credit to be applied toward post season ticket priority. Corresponding prizes are shown in the chart below.
New members can participate in the Commodores On Board campaign in three ways:
1. Online - To make sure the current member receives the credit, be sure that you type the full name and any NCC member number or other deciphering info such as address, phone number, etc. in the special comments box when you make your gift online at www.vanderbilt.edu/ncc.
2. Mail - To make sure the current member receives the credit, be sure reference the name of person that referred you on the membership form. Membership forms are available in pdf format online at www.vanderbilt.edu/ncc.
3. Phone - Call in to the NCC office at (615) 322-4114. Make sure that they reference your name to receive credit.
