Results 

Morgan Toone set a new school record for Vanderbilt as the Commodores competed at the Yellow Jacket Invitiational at Georgia Tech this weekend, while on the men's side, senior Kyle Rewick continued his trend of leading his team.

Rewick placed eighth overall in the 5000 meter run to lead his team with a time of 15:18.65. Freshman Matthew Cleveland followed up with a time of 15:36.79.

Toone’s pole vault height of 12-09.50 placed her first amongst all-time record holders at Vanderbilt, outstripping the previous school record of 12-08.00, set last year by Katherine Hendrix and Meagan Martin.

Martin finished with a height of 12-05.50, for third place behind Toone and first place Joanna Wright, who was unattached at the meet.

In the high jump, Brionne Williams set a new personal best and became the No. 2 all-time leader at Vanderbilt with her jump of 5-10.00.

Jordan White placed third in the 1500m run with her time of 4:26.56, while Kristen Findley competed in the 800m, placing fourth overall.

Vanderbilt has been pushing new limits this year, setting new school and personal records throughout the indoor and into the outdoor season.

The Commodores head to Palo Alto and Williamsburg next weekend as the team splits for the Stanford Invitational and W&M Colonial Relays.
