2006: 4th place team finishes at Belmont Invite (15:57; 24th overall) and Louisville Invite (26:18). Finished 6th on the team and 12th overall at the Commodore Classic in 28:49.

2005: set 8K personal record (25:56)

2004: Redshirted Cross Country...Set personal record in 5k (15:36) during the 2005 track season.

High School: Set personal records in 3 mile (15:46), 3200m (9:45), and 1600m (4:32)...Nashville Metropolitan Runner of the Year and Regional Champion for Cross Country in 2002 and 2003...Regional Champion in 1600m in 2004...Regional Champion in 3200m in 2003 and 2004...4th place in state championships in 3200m.
