The Vanderbilt Commodores look to stop a three-game skid when Brown and No. 64 Northwestern come to town this weekend.

Vanderbilt dropped to No. 43 in the rankings after losses to Harvard and Indiana last weekend, but head coach Ian Duvenhage remained optimistic about his young team, noting that they were just three points shy of turning an 0-2 weekend into a 2-0 weekend.

No. 87 Charlie Jones will likely lead the team again in the upcoming matches, as the only Dore to go 2-0 last weekend in singles. The senior is the lone ranked player on the team.

The No. 64 Wildcats bring with them the No. 97 singles player in the country in Spencer Wolf.

Brown, 6-0, will face the Dores on Friday at 2 p.m. CT, while No. 64 Northwestern plays on Sunday at 1 p.m. CT.

    Match Notes:
    No. 43 Vanderbilt, 2-3
    NR Brown, 6-0
Ranked players: Charlie Jones, No. 87
    Live scoring will be available
