A crowd in excess of 100 gathered Sept. 27 to dedicate Vanderbilt University's Golf House and Training Center, located at the Vanderbilt Legend's Club. Keynote speakers included Director of Athletics David Williams, Head Coaches Greg Allen and Scott Limbaugh, letterman and donor Lew Conner and Executive Director of Development Mark Carter.

The wide range of guests included donors to the project, PGA star Brandt Snedeker, Vanderbilt administrators, members of the architecture and construction team, alumni and friends. The entire $2.3 million project was funded by National Commodore Club members. The new facilities are considered to be among the finest in collegiate golf.
