MG travels to Memphis Intercollegiate

The Commodores’ spring regular season comes to end this Monday and Tuesday when the team heads west on I-40 to participate in the Memphis Intercollegiate at the Colonial Country Club’s South Course. 

Vanderbilt will participate with 11 other schools this week, on the par-72, 7,334-yard South Course – host Memphis, Arkansas State, Arkansas-Little Rock, Akron, Kennesaw State, Louisiana Tech, MTSU, Mississippi State, Southern Miss, South Alabama, and UAB.

The 54-hole event will consist of 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday.  Play begins with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. CT on Monday.

The Commodores will send seniors Trey DelGreco and Adam Hofmann, junior Will Snipes, sophomore Charlie Ewing, and freshman Hunter Stewart to compete in the event.  Snipes and Ewing are coming off of a runner-up finish at the Arkansas State Red Wolf Intercollegiate last week in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
