MADISON, Miss. -- The Vanderbilt men's golf team travels this week to take part in the Reunion Intercollegiate, hosted by Ole Miss.
The two-day, 54-hole event will take place on the 7,416-yard, par-72 layout of the Reunion Golf and Country Club.
VU Head Coach Tom Shaw will use all three of his seniors -- Jon Curran, Tyler Matthews and John Ebert -- this week in the Commodores' final regular season event of the 2008-09 season. Junior Hudson Johnson and sophomore Adam Hofmann will round out Vanderbilt's lineup.
The field features 15 teams, including six squads from the Southeastern Conference. Thirty-six holes are scheduled for Monday, with a shotgun start beginning the event at 8:30 a.m. CT. Tuesday's third and final round is scheduled for 8 a.m.
Results will be available online at olemisssports.com at the conclusion of each day's play.
Following the Reunion, the Commodores will have a 10-day break before taking part in the 2009 SEC Championship in Sea Island, Ga., April 17-19.
