The Vanderbilt men's golf team works out with strength coach Jim Cotta, who has trained professional athletes such as Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant, Phil Jackson and Terrell Owens. He and his staff work on core strength, increased power and speed and hip strength and flexibility to help golfers improve their game.
