`Dores wrap up Isleworth

Senior Trey DelGreco shoots even-par on Tuesday to lead Vanderbilt contingent.

Senior Trey DelGreco fired an even-par 72 on Tuesday to lead the Commodores at the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational in Windermere, Fla. DelGreco was also VU's top finisher at the tournament, finishing in a tie for 20th with a final total of 222 (74-76-72). As a team, Vanderbilt finished in 14th place with a final total of 927 (305-315-307).

Senior Adam Hofmann was next for the Commodores on Tuesday with a final-round 74. Vanderbilt also counted a 79 from junior Will Snipes and an 82 from senior Charlie Grace.

Texas led wire-to-wire this week and finished atop the leaderboard with an eight-under par, 856 (278-296-282), 26 strokes better than second-place LSU. The Longhorns' Jordan Spieth also led the entire tournament and claimed medalist honors with an 11-under par, 205.

Vanderbilt finishes its fall season next Monday and Tuesday at the Hummingbird Intercollegiate in Cashiers, N.C.
