Summer of 2013 Finished in a tie for 18th at the prestigious Sunnehanna in Johnstown, Pa., and on June 17, won his U.S. Amateur qualifier by four strokes to advance to the U.S. Open in Chicago August 12-18.
High School and Amateur Highlights Was ranked 19th in the country according to the Golfweek/Titleist Rankings and 35th per Junior Golf Scoreboard, and seventh in both rankings for the class of 2013...Advanced to the 2010 U.S. Open Sectional Qualifying, and in 2011, to the round of 16 in the 2011 U.S. Junior Amateur...Won two AJGA Opens and had two runner-up finishes, and holds 14 AJGA Top 10 finishes...Three-time runner-up at the Pennsylvania Golf Association Junior Boys' Championship, a four-time PIAA Medalist and All-State Selection, and a two-time District 1 Champion (2010 & 2011).
