Was a team captain for the Highland Park High School golf team, which earned runner-up honors in the 2009 Class 4A state tournament in Texas...Earned medalist honors at the 2009 Austin Fall Preview Golf Tournament and the 2009 Texarkana "The Classic"...Placed 11th in the prestigious Bart Granger Invitational.
