The Best of 2012: Uniform Combination

The team finished the regular season with an 8-4 record and is bound for the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl on Dec. 31. To relive some of the excitement from the 2012 regular season, VUCommodores will spend this week reflecting back on the season that was with a Best of 2012. Each day a new category will be available to vote on by fans. The polls will be open throughout the week and the final votes will be tabulated and announced on Monday, Dec. 17. The first category fans can vote on is: Best Uniform Combination. Vanderbilt wore eight different combinations in 2012. As a bonus, fans will also be able to vote for their favorite of the three helmets. Monday: Best Uniform Combination Tuesday: Best Offensive Play Wednesday: Best Defensive Play Thursday: Best "We-Fense" Play Friday: Best of the Rest Favorite Uniform Combination 
Option 1: Black Helmets, Black Jerseys, Black Pants Worn Against: South Carolina Option 2: White Helmets, White Jerseys, White Pants Worn Against: Northwestern, Missouri, Ole Miss Option 3: Gold Helmets, Black Jerseys, Black Pants Worn Against: Auburn Option 4: Black Helmets, Gold Jerseys, Black Pants Worn Against: Florida, Tennessee 
Option 5: White Helmets, White Jerseys, Black Pants Worn Against: Kentucky, Wake Forest Option 6: Gold Helmets, White Jerseys, Gold Pants Worn Against: Georgia Option 7: White Helmets, Black Jerseys, White Pants Worn Against: UMass Option 8: Gold Helmets, Black Jerseys, Gold Pants Worn Against: Presbyterian Favorite Helmet As a bonus question, we are asking fans to vote for their favorite helmet worn by the Commodores.
