Azubike ranks second on the team with four sacks and leads the defense with 10 tackles for loss. His 30 tackles ranks are eighth on the team. Azubike has played in all 22 games of his career.
The victory marked Vanderbilt's first in the Swamp since 1945 and was the Commodores' first in the series since a 24-9 win in 1988.
It marks the second time in three games a Vanderbilt lineman has been honored by the SEC. Senior Wesley Johnson was tabbed the league's offensive lineman of the week after the Commodores' 31-27 win over Georgia on Oct. 19.
