The official Vanderbilt hot dog is...

The final votes have been tabulated, and the name and ingredients that make up Vanderbilt's official hot dog have been determined.

The winning entry is the Anchor Down Dawg, which features a pretzel bun, cheese, mustard and hot peppers. The entry was submitted by Darrin Moss.

Beginning Thursday, fans will be able to purchase the Anchor Down Dawg at select concession stands in Vanderbilt Stadium.

The Anchor Down Dawg received 39.46 percent of the votes to edge the Dudley Dog (chili, cheese, onion, jalapeños), which received 35.03 percent of votes. The Dudley Dog was submitted by Nikki Long.

Finishing third with 17.01 percent of the votes was the Black and Gold Dog submitted by Patten Fuqua. The hot dog ingredients were fried potatoes, chili and cheese.

The hot dog that finished fourth was the Dorepedo (8.5 percent) with mustard, relish, horseradish and jalapeños. It was submitted by Joe Hrasna.

All four finalists will receive prizes for their submissions.
