Dore Jam, the much anticipated annual football fan event, will take place on Sunday, August 11 from 3-5 p.m. at the John Rich Practice Complex. Fans will have the opportunity to get autographs and pictures from their favorite Commodore players and coaches and also enjoy games, prizes, food and drinks. Additionally, all fans in attendance at Dore Jam will receive FREE admission to the women's soccer match at 5 p.m. against Louisville.
"Each year Dore Jam gets bigger and bigger and fans really look forward to the opportunity to interact with the players and coaches," Director of Sales and Marketing Steve Walsh said. "This year, we are excited to combine Dore Jam with our women's soccer match and we hope that a large group of fans will stick around to cheer for the Commodores."
Dore Jam is a FREE event that is open to the public and serves as the kickoff to the Vanderbilt football season. Fans can park at no charge in the Medical Center lots located at the corner of Natchez Trace and Jess Neely Drive.
