VU's game at UMass to kick at 11 a.m. CT

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Mid-American Conference announced that Vanderbilt's football game at UMass on Saturday, Sept. 21 will start at 11 a.m. CT.

The game will be played at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., and will be the fourth game of the season for each school. In addition to being the home for UMass football, Gillette Stadium is also the home of the NFL's New England Patriots.

Television information for the UMass game has not been announced.

Vanderbilt defeated the Minutemen 49-7 last season at Vanderbilt Stadium.

The only other start time that has been announced for 2013 is Vanderbilt's season opener against Ole Miss on Aug. 29. The game will begin at 8:15 p.m. and will air on ESPN.
