Ticket Information

Nashville - Fans planning to attend the Vanderbilt-Ole Miss football game on Sept. 6 can now purchase single-game tickets to the important early-season Southeastern Conference matchup.

The Rebels and Commodores will square off in LP Field, located on the shores of the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville. The game will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. CT. It will mark the first time ever that Vanderbilt and Ole Miss have met in the 68,000-capacity stadium, which also serves as home to the Tennessee Titans. It also will mark the Commodores' fifth game in the downtown stadium, following a pair of regular season games against Tennessee and two Music City Bowl appearances.

Tickets for the game are $68 for club level, $58 for lower level and $38 for third level seats. Single-game tickets went on sale today to the general public.

Currently, Vanderbilt Athletics is only selling single-game tickets for the Ole Miss game, and focusing its attention on sales of season tickets starting at $166.

With the eight-game home slate, the Commodores partnered with LP Field to move their matchup against Ole Miss downtown in an effort to highlight the city of Nashville during the nationally-televised broadcast.

Earlier on gameday of the VU-Ole Miss Sept. 6 date, LP Field also will host "SEC Nation," the SEC Network's pre-game show that will air Saturdays of the regular season from 9-11 a.m. The show will feature host Joe Tessitore and analysts Tim Tebow, Paul Finebaum and Marcus Spears broadcasting in front of a live audience outside a SEC venue.

The rivalry between the Commodores and the Rebels has become one of the SEC's top rivalries. In recent years, the game has been an exciting affair, with each school registering a fourth-quarter comeback at the others' stadium.

The Ole Miss-Vanderbilt pairing is the only game on Sept. 6 matching two conference teams. It also serves as the first SEC game for new Commodore Head Coach Derek Mason.
