Pregame Notes
• Vanderbilt is in its 123rd year of organized football. 

• The Commodores wore all white uniforms with white helmets, jerseys and pants.
• Ole Miss won the toss and elected to defer to the second half with Vanderbilt receiving the ball in the first half.
• Attendance was 60,572.

Team Notes
• Ole Miss' first quarter touchdown were the first points allowed by Vanderbilt in the first quarter since the win at Missouri October 6.
• Vanderbilt's three SEC road wins is a first in school history.
• The Commodores' four SEC wins are the most since 2008 when the Dores also won three straight SEC games.
• The win marked the third straight Vanderbilt win in Oxford for the first time in the series' history and the first three-game win streak over Ole Miss since 1949-51.
• The Commodores' rally from 17 points down marks the largest deficit Vanderbilt has come from behind to win in over 30 years.
• Vanderbilt led Ole Miss for only 52 seconds in the win.

Individual Notes
• Jordan Matthews' four-yard catch in the first quarter gave Matthews at least one catch in 18 games dating back to last season.
Zac Stacy was hurt on the Commodores' second play from scrimmage of the night and did not return.
Richard Kent's second punt of the night landed out of bounds at the Ole Miss four-yard line giving Kent 14 punts inside the 20-yard line this season.
Carey Spear's 22-yard field goal in the first quarter was his fifth straight made field goal and his 14th of the season, moving him to a tie for third place all-time at Vanderbilt in a single season.
Walker May registered his second sack of the season in the second quarter, marking his first sack since the South Carolina game.
Chris Boyd's three-yard catch in the second quarter gave him at least one catch in 18 straight games dating back to last year.
Richard Kent registered his third 60-plus yard punt of the season with a 61-yard punt in the second quarter.
• Spear's 44-yard field goal at the end of the first half gave him his second straight game with two field goals and moved him to sole possession of third place on Vanderbilt's all-time single-season field goals made list.
Warren Norman's 20-yard kick return in the second quarter was his first kick return since 2010.
• Jordan Matthews' 52-yard TD catch in the third quarter was his team-best fifth TD reception of the season. The TD pass from Jordan Rodgers gave him three straight games with at least on TD pass.
• With 153 yards receiving Jordan Matthews moved into fifth place on Vanderbilt's all-time single-season receiving yards list and into a tie for seventh place on the single-season receptions list with nine catches.
Walker May's three tackles for loss set a new career-best and his six tackles equaled a career-high.
Wesley Tate's one-yard touchdown run in the third quarter gave him one TD run in four straight games and six for the season.
Jordan Matthews notched his eighth career 100-yard receiving game and fifth of the season with 153 yards.
Richard Kent matched a season-best with three punts inside the 20-yard line.
Chris Boyd's game-winning, 26-yard TD reception was his third TD of the season and marked three straight games with one TD grab.
Javon Marshall set a new career-high with 11 tackles, including eight solo stops.
• Jordan Rodgers' 35 pass attempts and 20 completions were a career-highs and his 267 yards were a season-best. His 20 completions are the most by a Vanderbilt QB since Jared Funk completed 27 against Wake Forest in 2010. Rodgers game-winning TD pass also gave him three straight games with two TD passes.

Offensive Notes
• The Vanderbilt offense went 6-for-10 on third down in the second half after going 0-for-6 in the first half.
• The Commodores' 267 passing yards were a season-best.

Defensive Notes
• The Commodores' D held Ole Miss to 8-of-21 on third down.
• Ole Miss rushed for only 55 yards, marking the third time this season and first time since the win over UMass.

Special Team Notes
