Luke Wyatt Position: Head Equipment Manager

Luke Wyatt enters his 29th year at Vanderbilt, having served as the head equipment manager since 1990. He handles the purchase and care of football equipment and consults with coaches of all Vanderbilt sports.

Wyatt supervises three equipment assistants and several student workers who contribute to the team's in-season equipment staff. Together, the staff works long hours to ensure the football team is well-prepared for games and practices. Wyatt's staff is also responsible for transporting all team equipment to road games.

Wyatt was recognized as the National Football Federation outstanding equipment manager in 2004. He is a member of several equipment boards, including Schutt gear.
