Woods was enjoying his finest year in a Commodore uniform when early-season injury derailed his participation... Played in first three games, developing into a key receiving target from tight end position... Averaged 18.4 yards on seven catches... Set personal highs with three receptions and 57 yards vs. Georgia... 43-yard catch vs. Austin Peay is longest of career.

Woods saw action as a reserve wide receiver in four games... Did not register a reception during playing time.
