1. Which is the best camp for me to attend?
- Please select the camp session best fitting your schedule.
- Rising 9th-11th Graders are highly encouraged to attend the Junior Star Camp if their schedule permits.
- Rising 12th Graders are highly encouraged to attend one of our Elite Camps if their schedule permits.
- All camps will provide the same instruction & opportunities.
- All kickers, punters & snappers should attend the Specialist Camp.
- All camps are open to any & all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level &/or gender.
2. Can I register the day of the camp?
- Yes, individuals are allowed to walk-up & register the day of the camp. Online registration will close at 12 PM CST the day prior to the camp. Check In & walk-up registration will be from 12:15 PM - 12:45 PM CST at Gate 2 of the Vanderbilt Football Stadium. Gate 2 is located on the corner of Natchez Trace & Jess Neely Drive. Please know check-in sites are subject to change.
- Upon registering, all walk-up campers must have a parent, guardian &/or adult present to help complete the medical information form & a release from liability.
- At this time cash or checks will be acceptable at registration. All checks should be made payable to Vanderbilt University.
- Online registration is preferred.
3. What are the costs of the camps?
- All camps cost $30 per camper, except the Specialist Camp. The Specialist Camp costs $90.
4. What should campers bring?
- All campers: Campers should wear comfortable athletic clothing (shorts, t-shirts, socks, etc.). Campers should also bring football cleats & tennis shoes in case we do any drill work inside. Football helmets will not be worn.
- Quarterbacks: In addition to above, all quarterbacks should bring a football for drill work.
- Specialists: Additionally, all specialists should bring a football & kickers should also bring a portable holder/tee for drill work.

6. When & where is check-in occurring for all camps?
- All individual camps:
All camps check-in & walk-up registration will be from 12:15 PM - 12:45 PM CST the day of the camp. It will occur at Gate 2 of the Vanderbilt Football Stadium. Gate 2 is located on the corner of Natchez Trace & Jess Neely Drive.

7. Where do I park for camp?
- Elite I, Elite III & Elite IV Camps:
Parking for these camps will be available in the Medical Center parking lots (lot #'s 73, 74 & 75) located directly across the street from the John Rich Football Practice Complex. These lots are located between Natchez Trace & Vanderbilt Place.

- Elite II, Junior Star & Specialist Camps
Parking for these camps will be available in the 25th Avenue Parking Garage located on the corner of 25th avenue & Highland Avenue. Enter the garage from the Highland Avenue side. The entrance faces Olin Hall.

8. What type of medical care will be provided?
- Vanderbilt's certified athletic trainers will be in attendance at all camp sessions. Campers do not need to bring physicals.
- Campers &/or their parents must, however, complete a release from liability found at the online registration site.
- Upon registering, all walk-up campers' must have a parent, guardian &/or adult present to help complete the medical information form & a release from liability.
9. Can parents &/or coaches observe camp?
- Yes, parents &/or coaches can observe camps at anytime. Parents &/or coaches must remain outside the McGugin Athletics Center unless otherwise instructed & out of the way of all drills.
10. What is the camp refund policy?
- All camps, except the Music City Classic:
If camp enrollment needs to be cancelled, Vanderbilt University will retain $20 of your registration (including any fees associated with online registration). The remaining amount of the registration will be refunded to you in the same method used at registration.
Once a camp begins, money will not be refunded unless extenuating circumstances are approved by the Vanderbilt Athletics Department Administration.
