AUTAUGA ACADEMY COACH MIKE SIMS
"Riley's been under-the-radar because he transferred from one small school to another, and just goes about his business in a silent manner. He's not a rah-rah guy. He's old-school, just works hard, leads by example, and gets the job done.
"Vanderbilt coaches did their homework. He's a perfect fit for the 3-4 defense. You're talking about a kid that won't turn 18 until June who is going to get taller and much bigger. His frame will easily hold 300-310 pounds. Plus, he has a 84-inch wing span. The sky is the limit with Riley.
"He also loves competition. As Riley gets some time in their weight room, he's going to a beast. When he develops, there's just not many big, fast, strong guys like Riley around.
