"Darrius is a dynamic football player. He's cat-quick, can change directions unbelievably fast. The kid can make moves in a phone booth. This kid has some highlights on film that are amazing to watch. He's an ankle breaker.

"Darrius is a great, great, great kid. I could talk all day about this young man. There's something extra special about Darrius. He just has an electric personality that people gravitate to.

"Darrius is simply a winner, a guy with a never-say-die attitude. He refuses to lose or make excuses, just always keeps pushing forward. He's all in, all day, every day."
