As senior, earned All-CIF First Team OL recognition and all-conference status and team's MVP OL award... Participated in the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl after senior campaign... As ninth grader, advanced to varsity while attending North Kingstown HS in Rhode Island.

PERSONAL Sean M. Dowling... Son of Christopher and Karen Dowling... Born March 31, 1995 near Washington DC... Has a younger brother, Collin... Dad holds rank of colonel in U.S. Marine Corps; mom is an attorney and retired from active duty in the Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel... Maternal grandfather also retired as an Marine Corps officer... Two cousins play college football: Brock Dowling (Tulsa) and Wesley Meng (Oregon State)... Involved in church activities in hometown.
