BAYLOR HEAD COACH PHIL MASSEY  "Barrett is one of the most talented offensive linemen that I've coached in 26 years. He is truly a gifted football player, and a leader at practice, in the weight room and on the field.

"Barrett's mobility is the thing that makes him a special player. For a kid his size, he has great agility. With great work ethic and fundaments, Barrett should adapt real well at Vanderbilt.

"Once Barrett is focusing completely on football, he's going to continue to get stronger. If he works hard this summer, I think he could end up contributing for the Commodores next season if needed."
