Running Back | 5'7 | 188
Hialeah HS
| Hialeah, Fla.

Hialeah Head Coach Mark Berman
"If Jerron was two inches taller, he'd be on everybody's list. In nearly 30 years of coaching, Jerron's as good as any running back I've seen in Dade County. There's been a lot of great ones, but he's the best. Jerron's combination of vision, strength and balance is unmatched.
"From day one, Jerron has made an impact on this program. I took over a team that had experienced little success. We were 3-7 his first year, then went 7-3, 7-3 and 8-2. Jerron was feared by everyone we played.
"On top of that, Jerron is a high character kid. He's a very special young man, one Vanderbilt will be very proud of."
