Pickerington North HS
Pickerington, Ohio

Pickerington North Head Coach Tom Phillips
"Darien and his mother moved into our district in the past year, so I was lucky enough to coach him for at least one year. Darien was probably under the radar before his senior year.
"I really believe Darien will have a great career at Vanderbilt. He's fast, he has big shoulders, big arms, thoroughbred legs. He's a guy that's willing to block as tight end. He's got a chance to be very special at he next level."
"This year, Darien was able to play on both sides of the ball here as a senior and never came out of the game. He was very productive both as a tight end and as a rush end on defense."
