Shelby Moats: A Day in the Life

Oct. 24, 2012

Many fans have clamored to see what actually goes on in the life of one of the Commodores' student-athletes when they are off of the court, and so we at decided to give a flip cam to Vanderbilt sophomore Shelby Moats to detail all parts of his life for a 36-hour period.

The results don't disappoint, as Moats shows everyone things fans have never seen before -things like being in the locker room after pick up, getting in the ice tub, and shooting in Memorial when no one is around.  We also learn about some nicknames and longboarding (watch the video to find out).

This is part one of a two-part series with Moats, and the beginning of an abundance of men's basketball content from as we all prepare for the 2012-13 campaign. From new uniform unvelings to exclusive interviews with the upperclassmen, check back daily for new and interesting content and a chance to get to know a lot of new faces that will suit up for the Commodores in the upcoming months.
