Freshman point guard Riley LaChance begins his first season with the Commodores after a very successful high school career in Brookfield, Wisc. The 6'2 guard led his Brookfield Central High School team to a 24-1 record as a senior when he averaged 23.0 points and 2.6 assists per game, and he left the school as the school's all-time leading scorer with 1,643 points.
LaChance recently sat down and answered a few questions from vucommodores.com about his life on and off the court.

My advice to young people is: Make the most of the relationships and memories you have with your family. You never know how long you have with them.
