All they want is a shot at tomorrow. One more day. Vanderbilt was able to do just that, extending its season—for at least another 24 hours—by defeating Arkansas 75-72 Thursday night in the second round of the SEC Tournament.

"Our goal leading into the Arkansas game was to play on Friday," said Kevin Stallings, who has coached his squad to seven wins in the last 10 games. "That was our only goal. Our goal now is to play on Saturday. We don't care about the weekend or anything else. We want to play on Saturday. And we'll have to play well in order to make that happen."
